A US-based, alternative investment firm, is searching for a full-time administrative assistant (remote, work from home) to join our team. The admin assistant will be involved primarily in cold calling, sourcing, and admin work. This position is ideal for anyone with previous real estate, virtual assistant, and cold calling.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal sourcing and origination
  • Cold-calling
  • Administrative tasks
  • Database management and record-keeping
  • Financial modeling
  • Creating investment presentations

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
  • A strong work ethic and large work-load capacity
  • Previous virtual assistant or cold calling experience is highly valued
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • An interest in or experience with investments, private equity, and real estate

Job Requirements:

  • Detailed oriented and meticulous
  • A computer with Microsoft Office
  • High speed & reliable internet
  • Must be available 9 am-5 pm EST, Monday – Friday

Compensation:

  • $5 per hour (40 hours per week)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: Php253.90 per hour
