The Help Desk Support is responsible supporting clients across Australia and New Zealand. You would be handling a variety of tasks ranging from Custom Service, Technical Support, Billing and some sales.

Help Desk Support
Eastwood Libis QC | Work From home
Answer and process calls, online chat and emails from customers
Diagnose and resolve 1st level support issues and respond to requests for technical assistance.
Keep customers up to date on call status and planned action. Log help desk interactions and manage calls through to resolution.
Assist customers accessing Internet services with general troubleshooting and applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions
Redirect problems to the correct 2nd Level Support resource as needed.
Assist with general customer service support which includes billing and account concerns, setting installation appointments etc.
Basic Knowledge of fundamental operations of Internet Service including software, hardware, network and other equipment
Knowledge and experience with Customer service practices
Knowledge in handling customers with technical issues, accounts and billing related concerns
Excellent analytical skills
Knowledgeable with general helpdesk Standard Operating Procedures
Requires basic knowledge with end user modems and routers
Amenable to working on different shifts and on weekends ( Dayshift )
Amenable to working from home
