Your days will be filled with:
- Ensuring that customers receive impeccable support services through email and various social media channels.
- Putting smiles on people’s faces by providing answers and solutions to their inquiries, concerns, or requests.
- Talking and building relationships with people with various personalities. Being empathetic and maintaining a high level of professionalism when pressed with sensitive issues.
If you are:
- Tech-savvy and knows your way around current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Stable internet connection and peaceful working space is a must
- Strong verbal and highly proficient writing skills, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
